Yes, depending on the item:

• Print-on-demand items (like mugs or apparel) can only be returned if damaged or faulty.
• Non-print items (like slippers, hot water bottle covers, tapping cards, or dressing gowns) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, as long as they are unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
